We're Finally Going Back!
On Monday, December 23, 2024 as big a group as we can muster will go on the very special mission of spreading Holiday joy to those who too often come up short on that goal - i.e., Senior Citizens living in facilities with little option to get out and become immersed in the season. Historically, CPP went to facilities in Palm Springs (near our old headquarters building). This year, we have arranged with facilities around the mall.
We would like as many CPP/YTP youth and families as can do so to meet at the Youtheatre Players space in the Westfield Mall starting at 9:45 a.m. to do some quick rehearsing of songs and make plans for the day (CLICK THE LINK ABOVE TO SELF-REHEARSE BEFOREHAND). All ages are welcome and, in fact, we will need adults to drive groups of children without drivers.
Please let us know (a simple email to cppontheweb@aol.com) if you will be able/willing to participate and the number who you anticipate will be coming. The participant count will help us have enough lyric sheets with us for everyone.
Feel free to dress to the spirit of the Holidays. We will have some accessory items available for those who want to borrow them.
We hope to make this a striking statement that the valley’s youth (and young in spirit) care about our valley’s Seniors. Looking forward to sharing all the warm fuzzy’s with you on December 23!
